Pfizer says Viagra doesn’t NFL players an edge

On Wednesday, Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall stated that he’s heard of NFL players using Viagra to give them an edge of the field.

A representative for Pfizer contacted TMZ and told them that Viagra is not meant to be used by anyone who doesn’t suffer from erectile dysfunction.

Shockingly, a rep for Pfizer — the company behind Viagra — tells TMZ the pills are “indicated solely for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED).”

The company explained, “Pfizer has not examined the safety of Viagra in men without ED and does not promote or encourage the use of Viagra for any use but the treatment of ED.”

I’m surprised Pfizer said anything, you know how many young football players were trying to get their hands on some Viagra after what Marshall said.  Ok, I’m kidding.
