Patriots’ Alfonzo Dennard gets probation extended as well as 30 days in jail

It sounds like Patriots cornerback Alfonzo Dennard received a very good deal from a Nebraska judge on Thursday after violating his probation.

Most people would be thrown into jail on the spot,  but Dennard was fortunate enough to get 30 days in jail that he will be allowed to serve in March (during the NFL offseason),  as well as 100 hours of community service and an extension of his probation.

Lori Pilger of the Lincoln Journal Star has the details.
