Panthers reportedly plan on cutting down on Cam Newton’s carries

According to ESPN’s John Clayton, after leading the Carolina Panthers in rushing last season, the Panthers plan on cutting down on how many times quarterback Cam Newton carries the ball in 2013.

The Panthers plan on using DeAngelo Williams along with Mike Tolbert as fullback more often.

It’s amazing that Newton led the Panthers in rushing when they already have three guys that can carry the load.
