According to Joe Person of the Charlotte Observer, the Carolina Panthers haven’t ruled out bringing Jeremy Shockey back. They want to see how Gary Barnidge looks before they make any final decisions.

I’m not sure how much Shockey has left in the tank, but he could certainly be a viable number two tight end.
