Green Bay Packers wide receiver Randall Cobb went down with an ankle injury during today’s blow out win over the Titans.
Packers head coach Mike McCarthy is hoping that Cobb’s injury isn’t serious.
“The training staff on the field did not give me anything to believe that it was very serious,” McCarthy said, “but as you know with ankle sprains and joint injuries the next day is a huge indicator.”
McCarthy added that he’d “potentially” make a change in the return game. When asked if Cobb is his guy if he’s healthy, he said “we’ll see.”
With the playoffs only a couple of weeks away, the Packers will need Cobb to get healthy quickly.
