Packers fan spits on the building of the NFL league offices?

According to Deadspin, someone who supposedly works in the same building where the NFL’s league offices are located, sent them an email with a photo of a guy with an Aaron Rodgers jersey that spit on the window of the building where the NFL is located.
As I was about to walk outside to get lunch, I noticed a guy in an Aaron Rodgers jersey standing outside near the revolving door in front of the NFL reception desk. I see him walk towards the building, spit on the window, and quickly walk away. I was able to get a quick picture of him before he left, with a look of sheer disgust on his face.
He certainly looks guilty to me. Wonder if he left a voicemail for Roger Goodell as well.
