Packers could move Bryan Bulaga to left tackle

According to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, the Green Bay Packers may move Bryan Bulaga to left tackle.  Before they make any rash decisions, they’re going to take their time and think about it.

Even though the Green Bay Packers aren’t giving up on Marshall Newhouse at left tackle they’re confident that Bryan Bulaga also could play the position.

The Packers will spend the next six months deciding if they’re better with Newhouse at left tackle, Bulaga at right tackle and Don Barclay backing up or Bulaga at left tackle, Barclay at right tackle and Newhouse backing up.

If Derek Sherrod is able to resume his career after a year’s absence from a broken leg, the former first-round draft choice could improve enough to become a factor as well.

After this past season, the Packers will need to figure out the best way to improve their offensive line.  Quarterback Aaron Rodgers took some big hits in 2012.
