According to Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press, Lions offensive lineman Corey Hilliard plans to sign his restricted free agent tender and report to team workouts on Monday.
Hilliard took part in all 16 regular season games last season, starting in one of them. Currently, Hilliard sits behind starting right tackle Gosder Cherilus on the depth chart. Originally drafted by the New England Patriots in the sixth round of the 2007 NFL draft, Hilliard has also spent time with the Cleveland Browns and the Indianapolis Colts.
Meanwhile, Lions restricted free agent defensive tackle Sammie Hill has yet to sign his tender.
