Raiders running back Maurice Jones-Drew doesn’t sound like he’s worried whether he’ll start or not in 2014. He’s looking forward to teaming up with Darren McFadden to create a deadly one-two punch for opposing defenses.
“But first, we’re going to compete,” Jones-Drew said, via the San Francisco Chronicle. “Let’s see if someone can win the job. I expect us both to be better coming out of training camp because of that competition.
“It’s going to be fun. There’s no reason we can’t be one of the best 1-2 punches in the league.”
