Miles Austin may have to restructure his contract

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Miles Austin hasn’t posted a 1,000 yard season since 2010 and has been hampered by injuries over the past couple of years.

Austin is scheduled to make $6.7 million in 2013, which is more money than he might be worth. It will be interesting to see if the Cowboys ask him to take a pay cut.

There’s no doubt that Austin is a good receiver, but in a league that’s all about what a player or coach has done lately, he hasn’t done enough to earn his pay check.
