Mike Holmgren doesn't rule out coaching again
With new Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam handing over the reigns of CEO and President to Joe Banner, Mike Holmgren will soon be “retiring.”
I get the feeling that Holmgren isn’t done with being a part of the NFL. He indicated that he may end up getting back into coaching when prompted by the media.
“I don’t know. I do miss the coaching part,” said Holmgren.
Holmgren was a good coach, but he certainly wasn’t cut out to be working in the front office of an NFL team. I really feel like he did a terrible job with the Browns and had plenty of time to turn things around.
