Matt Schaub still believes he can lead the Texans to the Super Bowl

Houston Texans quarterback Matt Schaub still believes he can lead his team to a Super Bowl after a disappointing season after getting manhandled by the Patriots in the divisional round of the playoffs.

“Absolutely I can,” Schaub said, per the Houston Chronicle. “With the guys that we have and the way our team is built, I definitely think so. I’ve had that confidence in myself ever since I started playing. I always knew that I could do that. We have the right guys and the right coaches and … the right system.”

Schaub is a good quarterback, but his biggest problem is that he can’t carry the Texans’ offense if an opposing defense slows down Arian Foster and their running game.
