Matt Leinart likely suffered a broken collarbone

According to Jason LaCanfora of the NFL Network,  Houston Texans quarterback Matt Leinart likely suffered a broken collarbone during today’s game against the Jaguars, which will likely end his season early.

Leinart ended up going to the locker room after going down,  but then he came back to the sideline later in the game.  At that point his arm was wrapped in a sling,  which is a sign that he likely broke his collarbone.

This is a big blow to the Texans offense since they’ve already lost starter Matt Schaub for the season with a foot injury.
