One of the many running backs that isn’t happy about the new rule that the NFL passed which prohibits offensive players from striking defenders with the crown of their helmets, is Bears’ running back Matt Forte.
After finding out that the rule passed, Forte tweeted that he’s going to open a bank account to pay his fines.
