With Marshawn Lynch holding out, Seahawks reportedly worked out some backs

According to Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post,  the Seattle Seahawks worked out running backs Phillip Tanner, Orwin Smith and William Powell.

None were immediately signed to a contract, though.

Smith has a previous stint with the Green Bay Packers. Tanner has played for the Dallas Cowboys, rushing for 149 career yards and two touchdowns. Powell was signed with the Philadelphia Eagles, but failed his physical.
