“It’s not easier because I still have to make the team,” he said,via the NY Daily News.
Manningham says he’s not fully confident in his knee yet.
“I know my knee (is) fixed,” he said. “It’s just confidence. It’s just me sticking the foot in the ground and going. So like I say: every day it gets better and better.”
He’s not even sure if he’ll play in the preseason.
“I’m not sure yet,” he said of how many games. “However (many) the training staff and the coaches want me to play it out, that’s how we’ll play it out.”
