Former Dallas Cowboys defensive lineman Marcus Spears questioned Tony Romo, Jason Witten and DeMarco Murray watching the NCAA Final Four title game with owner Jerry Jones and former U.S. Presidents George Bush and Bill Clinton on Monday night.
Wonder if any other players get invited to these events off the cowboys team! Sends the wrong message to me pic.twitter.com/A2ZgZUsJgq

Spears appeared on 105.3 The Fan’s New School with Shan & RJ Tuesday morning and elaborated on his thoughts.
“You understand in this league that your star players are going to have things come their way that most guys don’t,” said Spears. “I’m not benign to think that. I’ve had opportunities that some guys didn’t have…The team aspect has always been first to me. That’s just the bottom line. I don’t know if it sends the right message when your head coach is hanging out with one particular guy.”
Spears warned that favoritism in a locker room can hurt a team.
