Less than a week removed after straining his knee, San Diego Chargers’ receiver Malcom Floyd was seen working out on the team’s side field where players normally rehab their injuries while the rest of the team practices on the main field.

Floyd strained his knee back on August 8th after he awkwardly fell trying to catch a pass during one-on-one drills. The team initially feared Floyd had torn his ACL but a MRI revealed a strain. A strain that’s expected to keep Floyd out of action for at least the preseason.
Chargers’ fans, who have probably grown accustomed to hearing bad news this training camp, will welcome the good news.
