According to Mike Freeman of CBS Sports, multiple teams are highly interested in trading for cornerback Darrelle Revis and the New York Jets are strongly leaning towards trading him.
One NFL general manager told Freeman that there’s a “Revis gold rush forming.”
The teams that are reportedly interested in making a move for Revis are the Patriots (won’t happen since they’re in the Jets’ division), Seahawks, Broncos, 49ers, Bills (won’t happen since they’re in the Jets’ division) and even the Packers who usually aren’t interested in big trades.
The Jets are reportedly looking for a first and second round pick in return for Revis, but they won’t get that since he’s coming off of ACL surgery.
This is going to be a very interested offseason.
