Washington Redskins safety LaRon Landry was held out of practice on Wednesday and might be miss this Sunday’s game against the Dolphins because of a sore Achilles tendon.
It’s the same Achilles that caused Landry to miss the final seven games of last season as well this year’s preseason.
Redskins head coach Mike Shanahan was asked when Landry suffered the setback.
“It was sore today, so we kept him out [of practice],” said Shanahan. “We’ll see how he feels tomorrow.”
