Kurt Warner is auctioning off his $5 million mansion

According to TMZ.com, former NFL quarterback Kurt Warner has had such a hard time selling mansion that he plans on auctioning it off.

Warner listed the 11,300 sq. ft. Paradise, AZ home for $5 million in 2011, but it hasn’t sold. Shocking because the place is awesome — featuring six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a guest house, a workout room, theater room, its own elevator … and even an in-ground trampoline.

If you’re interested in participating in the auction, it will take place on February 27th.

You rich folks better dump all the high dollar real estate you can because with the present Adm. there are going to be a lot fewer new millionairs. Those that can buy will not be getting the past Real Estate Tax breaks.
