According to the Denver Post, Broncos running back Knowshon Moreno underwent a stem-cell procedure on his knee this offseason and has been limited during OTA’s so far.
“He’s coming along,” coach John Fox said. “We’re going to be very cautious. When the doctors give him the full-go go-ahead, he’ll be doing everything.”
Moreno looked pretty good last season when he took over as the Broncos starter when Willis McGahee went down with an injury. He’ll have to fight with McGahee, rookie Montee Ball and every other back on the roster for the starting job in Denver this season.
