According to Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean, Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt has suffered a torn ACL in Sunday’s win over the Broncos. He will miss the remainder of the season.
Titans head coach Mike Munchak is expected to make the announcement during this afternoon’s press conference.
Losing Britt will be a huge blow to the Titans offense. Without Britt, the only real play maker on offense is Chris Johnson.
It’s going to be up to Nate Washington and Damien Williams to step up in Britt’s absence.
UPDATE: Mike Munchak has confirmed that Britt tore both his ACL and MCL.
