Even though Bears defensive end Julius Peppers is under contract until 2015, he isn’t sure if he’ll be playing in Chicago next season since he’ll account for over $18 million of the Bears cap next season.
“I’m not sure, I don’t know [what’s going to happen],” Peppers said via ESPNChicago.com. “I’m in a contract. You’ll need to talk to a decision-maker about that.”
Let’s face it, Peppers is not getting any younger and had an average season with 7.5 sacks. Might be time for the Bears to move on.
