John Elway says if Peyton Manning wins two more Super Bowls he'll be the greatest ever

Denver Broncos executive vice president of football operations John Elway told Albert Breer of the NFL Network that Peyton Manning is only a couple Super Bowls titles from being the greatest ever.

“Winning championships, that’s the only way,” Elway said. “If he wins two more championships, he’ll be, without a doubt, the greatest quarterback ever to play the game. So when I said that, for me, what I meant, that’s about winning world championships. He’s got the numbers, he has the stats, those will never change, they’ll just get better and better.

“But for us to make Peyton the greatest quarterback that’s ever played, what will separate him, because now he’s in the conversation, if he wins a couple more before he’s done, then he’ll be right at the top of the list.”

That’s it?  All Peyton has to do is win two more Super Bowls?  Wow that should be easy.  Ok, I’m being sarcastic, but Elway certainly makes it sound easy when Manning is now on a brand new team and likely only has another two to three years left in his career.  I personally believe he’ll be lucky to win one more title.
