Jim Harbaugh: Marcus Lattimore won’t play until he’s 100 percent healthy

While talking to the media today, San Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh told the media that they don’t plan on letting running back Marcus Lattimore play until he’s 100 percent healthy, after tearing up his knee last year.

“We’re not going to put him on the field until he’s 100 percent,” said Harbaugh, per the 49ers Twitter account. “He’s a very unique person. You don’t come across a person like this very often. We’re going to take great care of Marcus Lattimore and we feel like we’re going to be rewarded immensely.”

Lattimore has the chance to be a very good NFL back if his knee holds up well.
