We reported earlier that 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree has already undergone surgery to repair his torn Achilles. Head coach Jim Harbaugh doesn’t believe he’ll will miss the entire 2013 season.

Crabtree is expected to be out for six months, so that means he could be back by November or December. If he suffers any setbacks, his season would likely be over.
