Jets retiring Curtis Martin's number

According to Bob Glauber of Newsday, the New York Jets plan on retiring running back Curtis Martin’s number 28 during an opening day ceremony on September 9th when they play the Bills.
This move should be a no-brainer for the Jets. Martin might be the greatest running back they ever had.
