It seems that former NFL quarterback Jeff George is always looking for a way to promote himself in order for him to have an opportunity to come back and play football again.
The closest the 43 year old George got was a chance with the Oakland Raiders back in 2006 when they signed him and he competed for a spot as the third string quarterback. But he ended up never seeing the field.
Now George claims that the Indianapolis Colts should sign him because he could learn the playbook in just a matter of days. He currently lives in Indy and played for the Colts from 1990 to 1993.
It’s very unlikely the Colts would even think about signing George since he hasn’t played quarterback in the NFL in seven years.

I’d rather lose every single game then to have Jeff George play in Indy! Besides, he’s a loser.
No thanks Jeff, poor Indy has too many problems already!
I bet he still throws a better deep ball than 90% of the qb’s playing now.
