Jay Cutler on DeAngelo Hall: He’s just another player

After throwing multiple interceptions to Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall the last time the Bears faced off against the Redskins,  quarterback Jay Cutler was asked about their match up this Sunday.

“Another player, y’know,” he said via the Chicago Sun-Times.

The good news is that Cutler now has both Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffrey who both weren’t  on the Bears roster the last they faced Washington.

“DeAngelo Hall, man, he turns it up a notch against bigger receivers,” Marshall said of the 10-year veteran, who has one interception and one forced fumble this year. “So I’m excited for the challenge.

“You’ve just got to stay focused and stay in your zone because if you come out of your game, that’s when he starts to win. . . .

“It’s one of those games, man, where you’ve got to strap up, put on extra padding because he’s tough.”

Hall is feeling confident about the Redskins match up with the Bears, but also said, “it’s not me vs. Jay.”
