On Thursday, Dallas Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett said that he would be willing to give up play-calling duties, but it won’t happen in 2012.
“Absolutely, absolutely,” Garrett said when he was asked if he’ll give up play=calling one day. “I think you just get to a point where, ‘Hey, I’m going to turn that over to somebody else,’ and you’ve seen that around the league at different times and that’s just part of the process that we’ll go through.”
The feeling I get from Cowboys fans, is that they’d love to see Garrett finally hand over the play-calling duties. But, at this point, it looks like they’ll have to at least wait until after next season.
