Cornerback Janoris Jenkins made an appearance on SiriusXM NFL Radio (via ProFootballTalk.com) on Friday night after being drafted by the St. Louis Rams in the 2nd round of the NFL draft.
Given the fact that Jenkins’ new head coach in St. Louis–Jeff Fisher–coached Adam “Pacman” Jones in Tennessee–Jenkins is drawing comparisons to him because of his off the field character issues.
Adam Schein asked Jenkins if Fisher may have been interested in him because of how similar he is to Jones. Jenkins responded with a very direct answer.
“I mean, no, because I never shot up a strip club or nothing like that,” Jenkins said.
Well it looks like Jenkins isn’t worried about what flies out of his mouth. The St. Louis media should have fun with him this year.

Why would he start off by saying “I mean ” ? How on earth did this guy get into college?
Sad, very very sad.
“Sad, very very sad.”
This, my high and mighty, fair-haired friend, IS NOT a complete sentence. It is, however, a sentence fragment. Before you deem Janoris’ as being unfit for college admission because of his patois, you need to first make sure that your basic grammar is up to par. Based on your logic, you have – or had – no business being near a college either. People like you make me sick.
Meanwhile, back at Wayne Manor, some of us with less hate in our hearts are pulling for this kid to learn from his past mistakes and capitalize on his blessing.
