Jaguars could end up cutting Jason Babin

Michael Dirocco of ESPN.com believes the Jacksonville Jaguars could end up cutting defensive end Jason Babin this offseason.

At his current salary ($4.225 million), none. He said he’s willing to re-negotiate his contract because he likes it in Jacksonville, and if the Jaguars can work out something beneficial then keeping Babin makes some sense because he’s the only proven pass-rusher (team-high 7.5 sacks last season) the Jaguars have.

Babin had a good season in 2013, but the fact of the matter is that his production is only going to decline.
