Hakeem Nicks could be a week away from practicing

New York Giants head coach Tom Coughlin stated that Hakeem Nicks needs “probably a good week more off,” before they can even think about allowing him to get on the practice field.
Nicks started to run routes and catch some balls on the side, while the Giants were practicing on Tuesday. So far he’s still on track for the season opener.
