New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick said this week that being able to play in this weekend’s pro-am tournament at Pebble Beach was a good thing, since it helped him get his mind off of last Sunday’s Super Bowl loss to the Giants.
“It’s been tough,” Belichick said. “It’s a tough couple days, but Pebble Beach is a great spot to take your mind off some of the troubles we had.”
It will definitely be back to reality for Belichick this week as he heads back to Foxboro to work on his offseason plan for the 2012 season.
