We recently reported that the Seahawks wide receiver Golden Tate may see an increased role this season with Percy Harvin’s place injured.
According to the Seattle Times, Tate has looked like a “star” so far in training camp.
Tate has looked like a player capable of becoming a star wide receiver. It’s only training camp, and what happens in camp isn’t always a clear indication of what will happen once the season starts, but Tate has the explosiveness, the hands, the ability to control his body to put it all together.
Tate needs to carry over his play into the preseason and regular season, not only to help his team win, but to cash in as a free agent after this season.
