With Seahawks wide receiver Percy Harvin out for a while, Golden Tate may see an increased role this season, according to the Associated Press.
Tate believes he can fill in for Harvin.
“The things that they have, they intended on him to do, I’ll be more than happy to do that,” Tate said. “I want to get the ball any way that I can and I want to try and make a play. I feel like I am really similar to Percy.”
Tate will need to be a lot more consistent on the field if he wants to help the Seahawks temporary forget about Harvin.
