According to Patricia Traina of InsideFootball.com, New York Giants offensive lineman David Diehl was arrested on Sunday night for suspicion of DWI after crashing his BMW into some parked cars in Queens, NY.

Diehl reportedly failed a breathalyzer test and will see a judge in the morning.

In a statement, Diehl’s agent Peter Shaffer called him “one of, if not the classiest, most humblest New York Giant ever.” He also said,  “I am honored to represent David Diehl.”

Shaffer had no further comments and the Giants haven’t commented yet on the matter.
