Fugitive caught after giving his opinion on the Redskins name for a newspaper

What an idiot.

Police ended up catching a 25 year-old fugitive named Jacob Close after he gave his opinion on the Redskins name to a newspaper, according to the AP.

Authorities caught up to 25-year-old Jacob Close after he took part in the (Bloomsburg) Press Enterprise’s weekly “Your Opinion” feature, answering a question about the controversy over the Washington Redskins’ name.

Close skipped bail on drug and drunk driving charges that went down several years ago in Ithaca, New York.  He was placed in jail on $25,000 bond.
