According to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports, Buffalo Bills running back Fred Jackson suffered a sprained lateral collateral ligament (LCL) during today’s game against the Jets.
Initial diagnosis for Fred Jackson is sprained LCL. Likely done for the day. Will get further tests this week.

C.J. Spiller came in to replace Jackson and racked up over 150 yards rushing.
