A long-time former NFL general manager told the Miami Herald that he believes Miami Dolphins wide receiver Chad Ochocinco may still have the speed to play, but lacks the discipline to be in the right spots on the field.
“His best asset is his ability to get separation on routes,” the GM said, per the Herald. “But you want a disciplined receiver to be in the right spots, and that’s not what this guy is. I would not have touched him. His personality issues are not going to change. I don’t know if he’s ever going to get it.”
It looks like Ochocinco has another critic that he’ll need to prove wrong this season.
