Falcons release Lofa Tatupu

According to D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Falcons have released linebacker Lofa Tatupu by giving him an injury settlement and sending him on his way after tearing his pectoral muscle during a work out last week.
I believe there’s a good chance that Taupu’s career is over. He just simply can’t stay healthy anymore.
