Emmanuel Sanders could end up re-signing with the Steelers

Scott Brown of ESPN.com says the Pittsburgh Steelers haven;t ruled out possibly re-signing wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders.

Could medical concerns that appear to be why former Steelers wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders remains unsigned lead him back to Pittsburgh?

The Steelers have not ruled out the possibility of re-signing the fourth-year veteran. And if Sanders does not receive a long-term contract it would make sense for him to at least consider returning to the team where he knows the offense, the coaching staff, the quarterback and the city.

Brown did go on to say that he doesn’t believe the Steelers will end up re-signing Sanders.

Update: Looks like Sanders will sign with the Broncos.

Update: Sanders has agreed to terms with Denver.
