Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin told the media today that wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders is questionable for this week’s game against the Browns with a meniscus injury, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

Receiver Emmanuel Sanders left the game with a knee injury and did not return, but he was termed questionable for the Browns game with a meniscus injury, according to head coach Mike Tomlin. The same was said of linebacker Terence Garvin, who also exited the game with an knee sprain.

The Steelers need to win this week and get some help for them to clinch a playoff spot.
