Philadelphia Eagle safety Nate Allen is working hard this offseason to rehab the torn patellar tendon in his right knee that ended his 2010 season early. Before getting injured, Allen had three interceptions in 13 games this past season.
As of right now Allen is roughly 85 percent healthy at this point. Allen has been spending his time down in Bradenton, FL at the IMG Academies where he has been working out under the supervision of doctors with morning and afternoon rehab sessions.
With Quinton Mikell most likely gone via free agency, Allen will need to get healthy quickly in order to become the leader the Eagles need him to be.
