According to Paul Domowitch of the Philadelphia Daily News, the Eagles and wide receiver DeSean Jackson remain far apart on what each side believes Jackson is worth.
Jackson will officially become a free agent on March 13th when his contract runs out.
Jackson has indicated that he wouldn’t mind being franchised, but the Eagles will likely not do that since they’d then owe him $9.5 million for 2012 under the tag.
Even though things don’t look good between the Eagles and Jackson, as we get closer to jackon hitting the open market, things could change quickly
