According to Craig Davis of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, the Miami Dolphins are considering altering their current logo and uniforms for the 2013 season.
Dolphins team president Mike Dee said that they are soliciting the opinions of their fans and stated that they are looking forward to taking advantage of the NFL’s new licensing agreement with Nike.
“I don’t think you’d ever see us consider something as radical as Tampa Bay did going from the orange to the pewter gray. … But I think we’re actively looking at ways to keep the brand current while respecting the great tradition and iconic value that we’ve been fortunate to inherit,” Dee said.
“That may result in some change, it may result in subtle change, it may result in no change. It’s too early to tell, but we’re talking to fans and listening to fans.”
So if your a Dolphins and you want your team to change their look, just let them know.

I wouldn’t be opposed to changing the name either. The name Dolphins was cool back in the 60′s. but now it’s just not a cool/intimidating team name. I’ve been saying for years, they should consider changing the name to Sharks like the movie Any Given Sunday, and maybe change the teal to an ocean or navy blue and the orange to something else, or take it out entirely
How many times have you seen a team change logo’s or color schemes, only to switch back to the classic design later.I think the Dolphins have the best logo and color scheme in the league, not on the field obviously, but why would you ever change that except to grub in more money.
Leave the logo and colors alone!
How about Miami Clowns? I’m a huge Dolphins fan but the organization is a complete joke
You asked the Dolphin fans? Did both of them like the proposal?
Sharks?….Nah… As far as marine life….Dolphins are as feared as sharks in terms of kill power.
How about the Miami Makos
