Dolphins pick up WR Anthony Armstrong off waivers

According to Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald, the Dolphins claimed former Redskins wide receiver Anthony Armstrong from waivers in an attempt to bolster their receiving corps.
Armstrong is a good receiver that is certainly an upgrade for the Dolphins.
