According to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, about 30 Miami Dolphins fans lined up outside the team headquarters on Tuesday to voice their concern about the direction the franchise is headed in.
The Dolphins front office found out about the protest through social media and the local radio.
“We have the most passionate fans in football, and they are not shy about letting their sentiments be known,” Dolphins spokesman Harvey Greene said in a statement per the Sun-Stentinel. “We understand, and we are working hard on giving them something to cheer about this season.”
Dolphins fans are clearly upset with the way their team is being portrayed, since they’ve had a hard time signing some free agents this offseason. Players seem like they simply don’t want to play for the Dolphins because of how poorly they’ve been run.
