After yesterday’s loss to the Ravens, Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant says his attitude has been to fight each and every game.
“If you’re a starter on this team, you’re here to make plays,” Bryant said, via the Dallas Morning News. “We’re not here just to be a showoff. Like Coach Garrett always say, he don’t want flash players. He wants guys who go out there and make plays and fight. That’s the type of (mentality) I’ve had – just that nasty fight attitude. I feel like we have that.”
Bryant made it clear that he doesn’t care what anyone thinks of him.
“I don’t care what anybody thinks,” Bryant said. “I only care about what my coaches and what my teammates think. That’s the only thing that matters. Don’t nobody else understands what’s going on. Only this organization.”
Bryant is just another talented receiver that will never live up to his potential because of the way the Cowboys cater to him instead of challenging him the way he needs to be challenge.
